About these terms
This website provides information about Just Clean Property Care’s roof-cleaning services and lets you contact us for advice or a quotation. These terms cover use of the website and the enquiry process. They do not replace the quotation and booking information for a particular job.

Enquiries, quotations and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself book a visit, place an order or commit you to paying for work. A quotation is provided for the proposed scope after we have considered the information available and any further assessment needed.
Before you agree to work, the scope, total price including any applicable taxes, payment arrangements, access requirements and proposed timing should be confirmed. Do not assume repairs, additional gutter work or other services are included unless they are stated in the agreed quotation. Changes to the scope and price should be agreed before extra work proceeds.
Roof condition, access and results
Please give accurate information about the property and tell us about known leaks, damage, fragile areas, recent repairs and access restrictions. Do not climb onto a roof to obtain photographs for an enquiry. Suitability, the cleaning method and any treatment need to be assessed for the individual roof.
Cleaning addresses suitable surface build-up; it does not repair defective roofing. Ageing, weathering and material colour can remain visible. Photographs and customer accounts illustrate individual experiences, rather than guaranteeing the same result for every property. Any specific guarantee must be stated in the quotation with its conditions; this does not limit your statutory rights.
Consumer rights and cancellation
If you are a consumer, your legal rights remain in place, including the right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing on this website excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For service contracts made at a distance or away from our business premises, a statutory cancellation period will generally apply. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, this is normally 14 days after the day the contract is made, subject to the relevant rules and exceptions. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel.
Starting work within that period requires the appropriate express request. If work is started at your request and you later cancel, a proportionate payment may be due where the law allows. The right to cancel can be lost after full performance only where the legal conditions have been met, including the required prior request and acknowledgement. The applicable cancellation information must be provided before you agree to the service. These website terms are not a substitute for that information.
Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the forms to send abusive or unlawful material. Website content is provided for information; advice about a particular roof requires an appropriate assessment. We take reasonable care with the information but may correct errors or update it.
